By completing all lessons and passing the quiz with 100% or higher, the earner of this credential will demonstrate an understanding of what counts as an emergency in hospitality workplaces; the key components of a workplace Emergency Response Plan (ERP); how to distinguish between critical emergencies and high-risk incidents; and how to communicate clearly with managers, guests, and emergency responders during an incident.
